To equip participants with the highest level of competence to serve as lead arbitrators or expert neutrals.
Main Courses: Evidence, Advocacy, Procedure and Award Writing in Domestic and International Arbitration
• Duration: 5-day intensive course + Award Writing Module
• Assessment: 48-hour take-home award writing examination

Module 1: Contract, Tort, and Legal Context of Arbitration
Module 2: Arbitration Agreements, Tribunal Formation, and Procedural Practice (Domestic and International)
Module 3: Award Writing and Dissertation
Module 4: Post-Award Procedures
Module 5: Arbitral Practice and Emerging Trends
Mock Arbitration and Exercises
Duration:
7 days – 2 Months for Dissertation (blended format with advanced assessment)
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must hold MCIMArb or equivalent (from CIArb or another institution)
• Minimum of 7 years ADR or 10 legal practice experience strongly preferred
• Must demonstrate competence in writing and analyzing arbitral awards
• Submission of CV and Fellowship application form
• May enter via Accelerated Route if possessing:
o A law degree and
o Significant arbitration or adjudicatory experience
Outcome:
• Certificate of Fellowship
• Eligible to use FCIMArb post-nominal
• May be listed on CIMA panels of arbitrators/mediators
• Eligible to train others and serve as mentor or examiner
