In February this year the Center for International Mediators and Arbitrators was part of the international partners for the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration’s Winter Academy. The 5th edition of the Winter Academy focused on a wide range of post-arbitration issues, including partial awards, setting aside proceedings, asset tracing, and managing parallel proceedings, among others.
